Collection and use of personal data

Mailing list: If you have signed up for my newsletter then you connect to me contacting you with newsletters and special offers via email. You can at any time choose to unsubscribe from my mail mailing list. You do so by opening one of my emails and then use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the page.

Personal information: Upon buying a product or service from KEO Ceramics ApS you have been asked to enter a number of personal data such as:

Your name / company name

Your address

Your email address

Your phone number

CVR number / EIN number / Central Business Registration number

Your payment information

I need this personal data in connection with the processing of your purchase. This data is also necessary for for me to use in my accounting material and according to danish legislation, it needs to be stored for 5 years. Hereafter the information will be deleted.

If you have ordered delivery a fiscal product, then the information regarding your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address will be handed over to our shipping company, currently GLS for the purpose of delivering your purchases.
