Sand with effect & BLUE GREY

Glaze cHaracteristics

The blue grey glaze is a very temperature sensitive glaze. When fired at around 1240ºC (2.264ºF) it is lighter and more blueish in colour. If you fire it around 1260ºC (2300ºF) turns more anthracite grey.

The sand-coloured glaze is very thickness sensitive. If it is applied in a thick layer, it turns out lighter in colour.

Create this really cool effect: First, do a quick dip of the entire piece and then do another dip just to the top part of your piece. (Most visible on the bottom piece here) ✨
