Snowfall Cup (Limited Edition)

Handmade by me, Trine — from the very first lump of clay to the final glaze.
Each piece is made to order, so you can choose the size and colour that feels right for you. This Limited Edition cup will only be produced in a small batch of 250 pieces, each one individually numbered.

These cups get their unique character from a layered glazing technique that creates effects resembling a beautiful snowfall. The exterior glaze has those soft blue, slightly weathered details, and inside the gentle blue tones melt into a creamy crystal white.

The base of the cup is intentionally left unglazed to reveal the raw clay, giving you a tactile contrast between the clay body and the smooth glaze — a small reminder of the materials your cup is made from.

Sizes

Each cup comes in 4 different sizes:

Café Latte / Iced Coffee / Tea – 300 ml (~10 oz)
8.8 cm (H) × 9.2 cm (D)

Cappuccino / Lungo – 240 ml (~8 oz)
7.3 cm (H) × 8 cm (D)

Cortado / Double Espresso – 120 ml (~4 oz)
6 cm (H) × 7 cm (D)

Espresso – 90 ml (~3 oz)
5 cm (H) × 6 cm (D)

✶ Please note: As every piece is handmade, sizes may vary slightly and the colour and effects in the glaze may vary as well.

Production time & gifting

Since each cup is made especially for you, they take 3–8 weeks to produce.
It depends a bit on how many orders I already have — and how the clay behaves that week (potters will know: clay sometimes has a mind of its own 😅).
